Walks from Tanglewood

.

2. Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace

This walk of about two kilometers is through farmland and woods down to the watermeadows of the River Frome, partly along the Tollbar Stream which flows through Tanglewood Farm. The stream and Frome flood after rain during Spring Tides, so parts become muddy (or, at worst, impassable but beautiful) and boots are then essential. Be careful on wooden walkways after rain, as they may be slippery.
